In recent years, she has excelled in Executive & Professional Recruiting. Silvia earned the CSAM Designation (Certified Senior Account Manager) through MRINetwork signifying leadership, consistent top performance, and a commitment to excellence.

 

Silvia’s firsthand experience with vehicle launches and her adeptness at navigating challenges faced by OEMs uniquely position her to connect with clients and candidates as well as the pace of the automotive industry. In her role at Expert Connections, Natalie ensures smooth and seamless operations. She oversees processes and procedures, coordinates searches, and sources candidates, contributing to the company's overall success.

 

She is driven by a desire to make a difference, and has found she can do this in many capacities; recruiting being one of them.
